• Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST.

To ensure the accuracy and traceability of your order, please provide the following:

• Your Purchase Order Number
• The Mactac® product code of the material
• The number of rolls for each slit width and length of material.

Order Lead Time

Standard lead time is 10 - 15 working days. Lead time is subject to change.

Freight Policy

Freight charges are based on the total MMSI volume of your order. Please contact Customer Service for details.

Core Sizes

With the exception of laser and ink jet products, all standard rolls are shipped on 3" cores and wound face out.

• Laser and ink jet products are shipped on 6" cores as standard with no upcharge.

Product Availability

• Material availability from distribution centers is subject to change without notice.
• Material is in limited supply and will be sold on first come basis.

• Terms, conditions, material selection and distribution points are subject to change.
• Terms available for Mactac Market purchases are: Net 30, Credit Card, Cash in Advance.
